Adriane Knorr- Birth Doula

Adriane attended both Oregon State University and the University of Oregon graduating with a degree in philosophy and a strong foundation accorded to her by three years of an "Exercise and Sports Science" and "Human Physiology" curriculum. Because of the juxtaposed importance of medicine and philosophy in her life, she can bring a fresh take to your birthing process.  

Adriane is trained through Birth Arts International and their standards of practice are strongly upheld by her own practice.  She has been published by the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, and Gonzaga University for her work with Gendered Perceptions and Emotions of Intercourse and Trauma. In her free time she enjoys getting out into nature to explore wilderness trails, kayak through the waters, and training for half marathons.

Adriane is currently accepting offers from Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine programs around the country.
