CORE VALUES

Individualization: No two patients are the same, therefore no two treatment plans should be the same. I love to work hand-in-hand with you to come up with an individualized treatment plan designed specifically for you and your busy lifestyle.
Collaboration: Healthcare should not be kept in a bubble. Communication between your entire care team is vital to achieve a holistic approach to health.
Education (Docere): I believe healthcare should be an equal conversation between doctor & patient. You should feel empowered to advocate for your own health, at which education stands as the corner stone.

Insurance & Payment

I believe healthcare should be affordable & accessible to everyone. If you are in Oregon, I take most insurances. If you don’t have naturopath coverage or are outside the state of Oregon, I am currently offering a 30% discount on all time of service payments.

Payment plans available for anyone who needs, I believe finances shouldn’t get in the way of quality health care.

Outside of Oregon?

If you are outside the state of Oregon and would like to become a patient, I would absolutely love to meet you! I provide telehealth services to patients anywhere in North America.

Please be aware of the following:

I am an Oregon licensed naturopathic doctor. If you reside outside of Oregon, I will be practicing based off your state’s naturopath laws. My charting will be a little different & I cannot legally “diagnose” or “treat” your conditions. I will be making recommendations based on my educational background instead of “treating” you.
We can still order labs. These will be paid out of pocket and are HSA refundable.
Insurance coverage doesn’t cover out of state naturopath services. You are welcome to submit a superbill to your insurance, but all appointments must be paid for out of pocket at time of service.
- I am happy to discuss payment plan options for visits if finances are tight. I get it, I’ve been there & everyone deserves care regardless of financial barriers
